Book & Complete the Therapy Dog in-person assessment

Are you and your companion friend ready to take the evaluation test.

This is only if you are not taking the the 4 prep levels.

This includes: 

- Final Dog evaluation

- 1 yr membership with Reba's K9 CPR & First Aid Training

- Therapy Dog Patches for your dog vest (Dog vest not supplied). 

Must have completed all the steps 1-6  Certification Process.

You will still need to supply Provide proof of liability insurance.

 After this step you will receive your probationary certificate which is valid for one year.
